Team Armering is a continuation of what was formerly Henrik Byboth Armering AS. This company was going for 35 years, but when Henrik suddenly went away because of illness, Rune took over who was always the plan and who had worked for Henrik for 25 years.
Due to the sudden transition, there was soon a slight decrease in planning and a new company was started, but with the same crew that today has tripled.

After working for Henrik for 25 years, I had a meet with the 3 employees for a chat about the road ahead. I wanted to start Team Armering AS, and would like to secure the job of those who was already employed.
Reinforcement is an industry that is terribly heavy. Every man on average must add approx 1 ton of reinforcement every day. This means of course a lot of injuries and wear on the body, which quickly ends up as an early retirement age for most people.
We would try to change this and initiate preventive measures to take care of the employees. I contacted the company health service and a physiotherapist and brought them out to the workplace.
Here, in a week's time, they map our work positions as lifting and bending. Even we two elders in the company, with a total of 70 years of experience, learned a lot from this.
Today we have had no absence in the past year, thanks to the help with the right work positions. We are today 12 men, where the youngest is 18 years old and the oldest 65.
